Shipping policy

All wetsuits are made-to-order. The usual production time can take up to 20 days for a stock-size wetsuit and up to 30 days for a custom-size wetsuit. Orders received during major national holidays in China will likely have a longer production time: mid-January to mid-February (expect a 45-day manufacturing lead time during the Chinese New Year); May 1-5th Labor Day and October 1-5th Independence Day (expect an additional week). We are currently working to increase our production capacity and shorten the lead time. 

If you want to order an item but need it urgently, you can ask for a priority production (depending on availability), which takes 3-5 days. Please contact us by e-mail at order@bestdive.com to see if priority production is currently available for your selected time frame.

Following the production lead time as described above, express couriers typically deliver your package during 3-5 business days within Asia and 5-15 business days worldwide outside of Asia, depending on the speed of courier delivery at the destination.
